All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable but exclude shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the methods offered on the site.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1- 2 business days after payment is received. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy [link] for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged goods may be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
