1. Dispatch & Delivery

We ship all orders with Australia Post and provide a tracking number for every shipment.

For security and peace of mind, signature on delivery is required for all parcels.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
Metro areas: 3 - 5 business days
Regional or remote areas: up to 10 business days

2. International Shipping

We currently ship domestically within Australia. Customers seeking international delivery are invited to email us at hello@vivie.com.au for a personalised shipping quote.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery progress.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

For custom or made-to-order pieces, we will confirm your order and then advise you of the estimated dispatch date specific to your piece.

Please note that production times may vary depending on the complexity of your design and material availability.

5. Changes to this Shipping Policy

Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. Please check periodically for updates.
