Our diamonds (both lab-grown and mined) and our gold products are sourced only from suppliers that uphold RJC standards for human rights, fair labour, and sustainability.

The only difference between Lab-grown and Mined Diamonds is origin.

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and physically identical to Mined diamonds, but created in a laboratory using cutting-edge technology. They’re an ethical, sustainable alternative with less environmental impact.

Jewellery is delicate by nature, and while our pieces are made to last, we offer complimentary repairs for items purchased on vivie.com.au within 6 months of receipt.

Our repair policy does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, fading of metals or gemstones, or damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or improper care.

After 6 months, or if the damage is determined to result from wear, accidents, or improper care, repair costs will apply. Costs vary depending on the style and the work required, and do not include shipping fees.

We recommend regularly checking your jewellery for loose stones or damage, and having it professionally cleaned and inspected as needed.

While we don’t offer formal gift wrapping, every VIVIE piece comes in our signature branded packaging - a velvet pouch placed inside a VIVIE gift box.

For orders containing multiple items, each piece is individually packaged in its own jewellery pouch, with all pouches carefully placed together in a single gift box to ensure both protection and presentation of your purchase during shipping.
