1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@vivie.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the item.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Custom and Made-To-Order Sales are Final
They cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
4. Refund Process
If a refund has been approved due to fault, it will be issued to your original payment method.
