Competition Terms & Conditions

Competition Period: Opens 24 November 2025 at 4:00pm AEST (Brisbane time) and closes 31 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST (Brisbane time). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility:

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and South Australia (SA).
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. The winner must provide a valid Australian postal address for prize delivery, with signature required upon receipt. Prizes cannot be shipped internationally or to P.O. boxes.

2. How to Enter

To enter during the Competition Period, participants must:

   Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)
   

Each valid tag counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each tag is unique.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Prize

One (1) x VIVIE 5.03CT Classic 3-Prong Lab-Grown Diamond Tennis Necklace in 14K Gold valued at $8,500.00 AUD RRP.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Total prize pool valued at $8500.00 AUD RRP.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random on 1 January 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a random generator to ensure fairness.

The winner will be announced via @viviefinejewellery and contacted by direct message within 48 hours.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to these platforms.

6. Privacy

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for winner announcement and promotional purposes.

7. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
